Go to dashboard (or customize) up at the top of the page then go to Layout. When it brings up all the boxes with the page elements just click edit on post title and you can change it there. You can also change it under the Settings-basic tab.
Yep, Treg is in AZ. I think he told your dad. He went to watch the Angels Spring training.
